Palmaria palmata 01-05-02-D This Palmaria was one of the first we collected that demonstrated the emergence of new growth (thin pink blades) from a year-old blade (the green center). The complex color and texture of the older blade, which barely survived the winter, is strongly contrasted by the new growth of the spring. Framed in maple, 21 × 24½".
